How does it work?
- Your organization direct mails and e-mails an invitation (copy & customization provided by PGS) to your donors.
- Donors RSVP directly to your organization.
- Once your donor RSVP's are finalized, simply call PGS to book single seats or reserve a table/s exclusively for your organization.
Everything but the mailing is done for you. Bring just a few donors or host a table/s for 6!
Why book a table?
As a table host, your development professionals, board members and donors sit together at a table branded especially for your organization. It promotes your organization, encourages open dialog and enhances relationships.
Too small to book a table?
Many organizations wish to hold an elegant donor event but do not have the resources or funding to do so. You may book as many single seats as you desire – we'll pair you with another organization or you may join together with another organization of your choice & we'll brand a table exclusively for you!
